A newly built house located right next to Lancaster Park (Wilsons road north), close to the border of the city centre.
We’re a quiet, easy-going couple in our early 30s (one working professional and one student) looking for two flatmates to rent the two available bedrooms in our new-build, fully insulated 3-bedroom home.
Weekly rent includes wifi, and reasonable use of electricity.

There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets in total, and the new flatmates will share one of the bathrooms.
