Installed outdoor pergola on the patio area.
All you need is your suitcase and you can move in as everything else is ready for you.
You would be living with only 1 flatmate the owner I am a 45 year old Sports Software consultant who loves keeping fit and healthy and trains daily for Hyrox fitness racing and enjoy stand up paddle, hiking, kayaking and travel somewhat regularly overseas for work. Very easy and down to earth, social and love a few drinks in the weekend but also equally happy keeping to myself. I live by myself with no other flat mates or animals.
