THE WEEKLY RENT:- Rooms range from $220.00 for a single or shared room (with one other) an extra $40.00. The weekly rent includes unlimited wireless internet & weekly cleaning of common areas. Power is not included in the rent. We have generously supplied heat pumps into each private tenanted room (metered).
KITCHEN:- fully equipped, individual food lockers, fridge & freezer shelves, heat pump & large screen TV, a comfy couch, table, chairs & dishwasher.
EXTERIOR:- 1 off-street park per room, sunny north/west facing deck.
LAUNDRY:- washing machine, internal drying area, ironing board & iron supplied.
