Room description

I have recently bought a house in Addington and am looking to fill two beautiful, spacious rooms. These two rooms are very light, north facing with high ceilings. There is a hallway and double lounge/ office. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry have recently been renovated.

This house is situated on a lovely, quiet street and very close to great coffee shops, Hagley Park and the motorway, making it easy to get out of Christchurch quickly or out to Sumner etc.

I will be looking for someone to move in from the 20th of January and am open to shorter/longer lease terms.

I am a 22 year old female and have lived in Christchurch my whole life. I have recently started my first full time role as a Legal Clerk and will be working full time, 9-5 from now on. I am looking for other females to live with me and who I can share my home with. I am very friendly and love meeting new people.
